Poser pandemonium!

Warm up: 45 DB Squat w/ Front raise + 10 Air Squats + 2 x 400m runs (good job new guy) + 1 mfg F-Bomb.

Hang Run, Burpee: 1 leg squat
Leg Raise, Lumberjack: Hot Seat Med Ball
Iron Cross, Weighted Flutter: OH Hold
Box Jump, Dynamic V: 1/2 Pushup

What can I say, one bourbon too many the night before! Sorry for the extra running. You should have heard the ear full I got from Jen on the ride home!

Running nothing...could have done without 20-25 squats!
And doesn't she prime you before class to be on your best behavior??
