Med Ball Squat Jump/Hearts
Sandbag Step Up/Dive Bomber
Rev Lunge/8 Ct
B&T Jump/DB Leg Raise
(Run 200m after each corner)

Nice! Sounds like fun, sorry I missed it. They don't give me much time to do anyting but work over here. Can't wait to be back next week!

I can't spell to save my life. Anyway I'm in Budapest. Cool city even if it is cold right now. Lauren came with on this trip too (5th time I have been here). She's exploring the city while I get to work.

after being away for 3 weeks....all I can say is my cheeks hurt AND not because I was smiling throughout that workout. That was kicking my rear and I am paying for it today!
