Theme idea: Motivate yourself to motivate others.
Unlike anywhere else I've worked out, at CF its easy to motivate yourself through others' hard work and "keep going" attitude. When others push themselves, I'm motivated to push myself...it's contagious!

Theme ideas: Supporting one another to the very end. Selflessness a la enso. You're only as fast as your slowest person.
The Hero workouts were a great opportunity to kickstart the new year and put any/all of these themes into practice: Seeing & pushing the slower folks through their circuits, keeping an intense, steady pace that makes others want to push themselves and demonstrating as close to perfect form as possible for those who are still trying to master these moves.

Natalie - Thank you so much for the push on the last 15 OH squats! I was seriously struggling with the last few. No L-sits tomorrow :)
O----kay, well the pics are suggestive of the Selfless Theme (early finishers stay involved and go out to run with late finishers). But now we have to put up a Theme poll and vote on this:
a) Selfless 2010
b) Nice Work Assholes 2010
c) No Excuses 2010
BTW...last year I watched all the Murphs and this year was dramatically, remarkably better. Good work over the last year...there's no such thing as "done"--there's always more work to do!
How about, "That was a Selfless, No excuses workout. Nice work assholes!"
