Thursday Updates


1) Friday KB: KettleHell (of course, it's Halloween!)
2) Remember it's Movember.
3) Halloween Workout 5:30pm, Party 6:30pm (Friday 10/30).
4) Saturday Class Change: Combined Class 10am on Saturday 10/31.
5) Form Seminar: Sunday, November 8, 10am-noon
6) For the Fallen Workout: Sunday, November 22
7) Anything else?

How about a Frankenstein workout...take bits and pieces of the various Girls...create a mad-hybrid..."it's alive!!"

Small group - 1 team / large group teams
Burpees while bobbing for apples (apple bobbing tub with an apple for everyone. Everyone does burpees while each person takes turns bobbing for an apple. once all the apples are out move on to next exercise).
Candie shuttle run while pushups (5 piece of candy per person at one end of the floor. Each person takes turns moving each pc of candy from one end to the other while the rest of the group does pushups)
Pumpkin tossing (25 wall balls per person while the rest of the people Alternate 10 combo crunches/10 good mornings)
Costume parade (group/team runs 800 together)
Hayride tire flips (5 tire flips per person while the others do KB swings)
Trick or Treat (bag of exercises - pick one entire team must complete and your done.)

OK, the first exercise: all 10 people will bob for apples....????????????

But when is the real workout? Is ti today at 5:30? Is that AM or PM? Should I wear my costume? What time is the party? what should I bring to the party? Aw, screw it.

It was at 5:30pm tonight, and it was truly a FREAK FESTIVAL.........
