Cops 'n Joggers

Tuesday morning started off with heat, humidity...and Bends & Thrusts????

Yes, it was the first Cops 'n Joggers workout. A big group showed up to run "cadence-style" though the beautiful Wyomissing park system.

Thanks to the Wyo PD and Corps Fitness enthusiasts for coming out. (Special thanks to Eric Kaag for the photos). See you next Tuesday.

Fast Firecrackers!

Congratulations to the Nawas. They were sizzlin' at the Firecracker 5.

Maria placed 3rd and Mike placed 6th in age groups at the Firecraker 5-Mile!

That's the way to move it out!
