Interesting post Matt, Truth, I know of one truth for me, if I strive to take care of myself by eating right and excersizing I feel better. It is not always easy, that is a second truth. As I experience life and learn, I find more and better ways to do that, it is always in a state of flux, so the truth in some ways is fleeting. What I know as truth today may not hold up to examination as a truth tomorrow. But that is the nature of things in the Universe we inhabit. Morpheus was right about one thing, truth is never easy...unless you remain ignorant about your Being and about your Purpose. But when you shed that, Life can be challenging, and for some, it is easier to remain ignorant, it's a choice, and I'd rather be on this Path than that one...

All kind of say the same thing. Get off you ass and do something about it! If you are going to just give up when it gets difficult, don't bother with it in the first place.
