Is that first exercise Jump PUKE, or am I reading it wrong? Heard it was a good one!
Jump PUKE is justa bout right on! Throw-in the fact that we had to do suicides and bear crawl suicides because some PHOLKS were behaving PHOOLISHLY and not PHOLLOWING directions!!!
It was still suprisingly satisfying.....;)
So, in order to prepare for Tough Mudder how about we Bear Crawl up and down that snowbank over there by the CF Treeline???? That could very refreshing, don't you think????
