Maybe...but this was...Ring RowB&T JumpMed Ball Squat CleansShoulder P/USquat/2 Lunge(1 min. each, 4 rds, 1 min. rest between rounds)...Everyone brought that unreplaceable competitive spirit, not a lick of complaining!
Felt good to work out some aches and pains...
