Welcome, and we're glad you decided to try out Corps Fitness.
For your first visit to Corps Fitness, here are suggestions.
Before coming:
1) Print/complete the CF waiver (.pdf).
2) Read the policies.
3) Refer to the Fees and Schedule.
Your first time at CF:
1) Arrive early.
2) Wear comfortable exercise apparel and footwear appropriate for running, jumping, and other dynamic movements.
3) Bring water.
4) Say "Hi" to the other participants. Mingle with experienced CFers.
5) Follow along with the group, listen to instructions, watch what experienced CFers are doing.
6) Work hard and have fun!

March Madness 2010
CF March Madness (mark your calendars): 4 wicked workouts in 4 days; culminating with a Giant Sunday Special
Thursday Mar 18: 5:30am, 9:30am Barbarian (CrossFit Barbara kinda amped up)
Friday Mar 19: 5am, 9:30am, 6:30pm KB Round of 64 (4 brackets, lots of KB)
Saturday Mar 20: 6:30am Murph (Happy Belated St. Patty's Day)
Sunday Mar 21: 9am Giant Sunday Special -- Class, Run, Count Up/Down, Run (Super-size it; regular circuit class, followed by a big run, another WOD, then another run...an endurance challenge!)
